hello everybody. i have to set up a simply mailsystem.
to recieve and send messages i use postfix > sasl > pam-radius (active directory). it allready works fine. the recieved messages will be stored via maildrop to /home/vmail/DOMAIN/USER to get the messages from maildirectory via imap(-ssl) i use the courier-imap(-ssl) deamon. now the problem: i dont want to expand the active directory schema, but the maildelivery dir is depending from the email adress. to get the email adress from a user, which is autenticated via authpam - pam - pam-radius, i want to use a ldap query. now the question: how can i configure the courier-authdaemon to use the authpam module to authenticate the user, but make a query to a ldapserver to get there emailadress/maildir. thanks for comments zimmys ps. i can´t us the authldap modul, because the user´s password is not stored in the ldap. the condition is, no seperate password, no expantion from the active directory. there are the reson why i use the /home/vmail/domain/user directory to store emails. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
