That's fine. Technical SSL/TLS-related issues are often very obscure, and hard to understand. When in doubt, ask.

Affects new installs only, will not touch existing configuration on upgrade.So that means that if I don't touch the configuration on the upgrade, it will be just like before?
Maybe, maybe not. It depends on your existing configuration. For some people, the existing configuration will work fine. For others, they'll simply need to remove all explicit settings, and fallback to the default configuration.
