When the user read the messages by the webmail (using imap), dont have any problem; But when try to download the messages to a email client using pop, the download cant be finished. The user need access by webmail, delete puntually the message related with the credit status, and after that, the pop download is sucefull.I discard permision problems, and the message with problems is a simple html.What another think can i check?
Bug in the email client. Try a different email client.
