You'll have to either set up two instances of the IMAP server with different configurations, bound to different IP addresses, or use a wrapper for imapd, which can retrieve the client's IP address from $TCPREMOTEIP.
2) No push email works on iphone os 3.1.3 and not in Thunderbird. Push email is different from imap idle.
There's no such thing as "push email", at least I never heard of it.
