If it is output by Courier IMAP, it is wholly inconsistent with
what Sam writes about the subscribe list having no effect on the
handling of the STATUS command, and should thus be changed.

The bug I've submitted to the Gnome Bugzilla is here:

and the issue that when trying to mark all messages in the 'Inbox'
folder only I get:
Failed to mark messages as read.
The reported error was "No IMAP namespace for folder path 'INBOX'".
All other folders can be marked as read with not problem. I can provide
some debug information from IMAPD if requested.
