How would I investigate that, since the processes are loading, then dropping in cpu. One at 100% then next at 100% for couple seconds.Users get errors: "Unable to copy msg to Sent Folder"
Since you know which users these are, you should know where their maildirs are. Look in their maildirs. See how many messages are in their folders.
