Ah, but you didn't ask that. ;-)

I can't see where you'd change the default for where Courier-IMAP looks
for users' Maildirs. The default appears to be
/home/${local_part}/Maildir and it would be nice to have an option to
change that.

When I set up a "virtual IMAP" service for a second domain, I put the
users in /etc/userdb as per
http://www.inter7.com/courierimap/INSTALL.html#userdb . You might be able
to adapt that to your needs, although it appears to break SqWebmail user
authentication.
