[courier-users] Spec file change

Would it be possible to change the rpm spec file from hard setting the 
BuildRoot: /var/tmp/courier-install to a variable of:  
BuildRoot: %{_tmppath}/courier-install

This will allow a user to define the build location, and comply with rpm 
standards....
