I think that you could use the normal Unix/Vendor/Linux tools, at
Computing Services at the U of L maildirs are going to be treated as normal
data and be sent to the robot DLT attached to Windoze (yuck) server running
Veritas, we have a variety of servers running Win2000 Server to Solaris 8 to
RedHat 7.2, the latest Veritas supports RedHat 7.2 via xinetd.
Otherwise there is stuff such as AMANDA client and server if you have a
single tape drive.
