The "-nodnslookup" is a couriertcpd option, which stops it doing a
reverse DNS lookup on the remote IP address. The DNS lookup at the MAIL
FROM stage in done by the esmtpd daemon, and you turn that off by setting
the BOFHCHECKDNS variable to 0 in the /etc/courier/esmtpd config file.
