I'm using qmail/vpopmail/mysql. Using then via POP and SMTP, it's ok. But when I have a client logging in via IMAP (Courier-imap) only, I can't use SMTP to send messages. It returns '553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)'. This is due the IMAP login it not updating the relay control mechanism of qmail. As we use vpopmail with Mysql DB support, the Mysql table 'relay' it not updated when I login via IMAP only.
This is a major drawback to use Courier Imap in my setup. Any ideas ?
