Hi,

We need to have 2 different groups of users: a group that uses webmail,
(here all all users actually), they only be logging in from localhost and
another group that can use regular pop3 and imap services. Users are stored
in mysql.

The ideea we came with, is to run another imap server on a different port
for localhost and this one should use an alternative authmysqlrc file, but
how to do that ?
Or is there any other alternatives how to build 2 different user groups ?
we want to set a flag in the users table if the user is allowed to use pop3
and imap services, so much for the theory.

we are using the latest courier-imap.

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Thank you !
Andrei
