Ok, so we know the system is finding the address correctly. That's good.
I've not used ldap stuff before, so the only real help I can offer is a
blind shot in the dark:
1. does /etc/courier/imapd have 'AUTHMODULES="authdaemon"'? (looks like yes)
2. do you need to specify 'AUTH=CRAM-MD5 AUTH=CRAM-SHA1' in IMAP_CAPABILITY?
(I'm not sure, but I vaguely remember something about this. Someone else
on this list will be able to help better.)
3. Is is possible LDAP is returning a crypted password when you need the
plaintext, or vice-versa?

ps. Is agisilaos.koutcons.gr the real host name? It doesn't seem to exist.
