Enable SMTP authnetication on your courier, and ask him to configure
his client for authenticated smtp.

By default, courier does not relay. Your default installation is secure
from third-party relay.

bbb.com should be in your "locals" or "hosteddomains" file, depending
on how you setup your local accounts.

This is default behaviour. You don't have to do anything.
