Did you have the same with Evolution 1.0.8 (if you ever used that
version)?  I'm running Evo 1.0.8 on RH8 talking to courier-imaps on a
RH7.3 box and my lists are (basically) flat.

  =Sub_box4

I've made no modifications to Evo since installing it last week.
