[courier-users] ESMTP STARTTLS w/ 0.38.2 ?

I can use imapd-ssl and pop3d-ssl fine, but when I try "STARTTLS" on port 25, it answers "220 OK" and drops connection. Full text of transaction:

Do I need to upgrade to get this working? I could find nothing archived
regarding this error. Thanks...
