[courier-users] IMAP

Ok, i'm trying to understand how the courier imap works.

In iMail from ipswitch i can create folders wherever i want. In courier i can only create them below the Inbox.

Now ive read the FAQ regarding this problem but i just dont get it. I've tried 3 different mail clients, Mail.app in OS X, eudora and outlook express on win2000. All 3 have this problem. If this really is a client issue what clients do actually work ??

Second, is there a workaround to make this work in outlook/eurora/mail.app/others ... ?
