[courier-users] courier esmtp slowness?

Hello All,

Could someone tell me why telneting from a remote server into a server running courier esmtp/25 takes a long time to get a response:

220 Cmail ESMTP


Telneting from localhost is much faster.
Btw, i disabled dns checking via:

BOFHCHECKDNS="0"
