Do you have a delivery rule for the domain in aliases/*?
Ie, if you have a line like:
@domain.com: username
in a file like:
.../courier/aliases/system
courier will accept all mail for *@domain.com (and route it to username-*)
No - there is no domain aliasing going on. The domain is listed in locals.
