I am having a problem with bofh apply to both incoming smtp and authenticated relaying msa.
Would it be possible to either have two separate bofh's for the services (bofh-msa), or set the variable via environment ? Maybe each courier-service should be able to have his own directory of configuration-files (set via %ENV). This would allow to give each ip on a multihomed host their 'virtual mailserver' with correct esmtpgreeting and would also solve my other problem with authmodulelist which is shared by both esmtpd (incoming routing) and webmail (user authentication).
