finally we got it, and it was like allways a real little mistake at our side.
@All: Who have the same problem:
try recopying the file webadmin like this:
# cp -p /usr/lib/courier/libexec/courier/webmail/webadmin
/to/your/cgi-bin/
After copying it, with the "-p" Parameter it worked!
