Can you give a bit more info?
How did you create the "box"?
Do you see a subfolder manually under your ~/Maildir/ called .sent/ or
.sEnt/ ?

Can you see them from sqwebmail (if you use it?)
Did you set your root folder to INBOX in OE ?
