Title: .courier limitation?

Well, I have just over 12,000 addresses in a .courier file and it gives me the following error in my mail log:

Jun 12 10:12:50 smtp-gw1 courierlocal: [ID 702911 mail.info] id=00064578.3EE8A680.000054BC,from=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>,addr=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: System error - unable to forward message.

I have shrank the list to 1,000 addresses and it still gives the same problem.  I changed etc/batchsize and etc/bofh to not have a 100 recipient limit, but I assume from the error message that it isn't a recipient limit kicking in quite yet.

Is there a limit to the file size or number of lines in a .courier file?  Is there somewhere I can change this?  99% of the addresses are for local delivery, incase that makes any difference to the process.

Thanks.
