Open your .pst file in Outlook (File-Open->PST File) and then create a
separate imap account to your account on the mailserver (Tools->Accounts in
most versions of Outlook). Then just "drag" all the mail from your pst file
over to the imap account and it will be copied to your account on the
mailserver. You can't copy the entire pst file at one time; you have to drag
over all the folders separately: inbox, sent items, etc. But you can easily
get them all onto the server very quick

Courier's not Exchange - it's an just MTA (or IMAP/POP3 server or whatever
components you're using). It doesn't store group address books, etc. On the
other hand the webmail component, SQWebMail, can have global ldap "address
books" and most email clients (Outlook included) can be set up to use ldap
servers for addresses. So set up an openldap server and set all your clients
to use it rather than a global Outlook address book.
