Hi. Finally got onto all this again.
Sorry to say, "been there, done that". We are already running the latest stable version of vpopmail (5.2.1) with vchpwd etc. None the less, imapd still complains "Fata error - file or directory not found" after executing a select inbox. So it looks like, once again, everyone else just installs the software per the instructions and it works - but not us <sob-sob> It's now time to start delving into the source code and adding debug code to find out what on earth is going on <sigh> Wish me luck! :) Thanks for the help.
