The domain is indeed in my locals file and I don't have a me file because it's always worked fine before grabbing the box's host name. Should I change that?
Well, what's the address that the logs show failing? Based on that, you should be able to figure out what domain courier's adding to unqualified addresses, and then figure out where that's coming from.
