As Sam mentioned recently, this won't get you the RCPT TO: command.  It will 
get you the user account that courier is going to deliver this message to.  
If "user" is an alias to "admin", and someone sends mail to "user" then 
$RECIPIENT will be set to "admin".  I don't know of a way to get at the RCPT 
TO command, although I would like to.  Guess it's time to look at the code.
