Well I'm not so sure about that. With all the increased daemon's andAs I recall from previous posts to this thread, you're using vpopmail--right?
allowable IP connects, I still had the samething happen. Tried using Mozilla mail and that doesn't work either. Gives me the
same issues, that's what I think it's something else. After having
Mozilla mail open for a while, it gives me:
Login to server 'domain' failed. Enter your password for [EMAIL PROTECTED]
If I do a netstat during all this, there aren't as many connections as I have set in my settings from one IP. So leads me to think it may be something else. Any more thoughts?
I'm having the same problem as you and wasn't able to find a solution. I tried increasing daemons and
maxip to allow more daemons and IP connections but this didn't work, either.
Given that I would have problems about 10 minutes after starting authdaemond (this increased a bit
after changing the number of daemons and maxips) I decided to create a Cron job to restart
authdaemond every 10 minutes. Since doing this, I haven't had a single problem.
