I can't speak for the rest of the people here, but I find that turning both of those on dramatically speeds up the IMAP server. No one uses identd anymore anyway. If you plan on doing anything with the logs that requires DNS names rather than IPs, then you should leave out the -nodnslookup. Otherwise, put em both in. Just make sure that you *add* these options to the line, rather than replacing the line.
