I have the imapd-ssl file and the imapd-ssl.rc file. I�ve configured them and I have created my pem certificate with mkimapcert script. I start the IMAPSSL server and it�s listening on port 993 but when I try to make a connection to the server I get a "Connecton Closed by foreign host" response. Any ideas? Any missing configuration? Maybe some problems with the certificate generation?
make sure that your system is not firewalling port 993.
