You mentioned the user's .courier file. Keep in mind that if the
.courier file exists, it will override the DEFAULTDELIVERY setting.
Remove the user's .courier entirely and see what happens.
Also note that the line
to "./Maildir"
is unnecessary. Since this is the default delivery location for
Maildrop, the delivery will automatically happen if you don't specify
anything else.
