Hi,

I appologise if this has already been discussed in the mailling list,
but the archives are unavailable at the moment and I have not been able
to find anything on google.

I have setup courier on Fedora Core 1.0 without too much hassle. I would
like to be able to provide the users with webmail and have got this up
and running too.

Trouble is, I can't authenticate any of the users. Is there an extra
step in the setup of webmail? I was not able to find anything on the
courier webpage regarding this except in the FAQ which said webmail
passwords are different and if we didn't want the users changing their
webmail passwords then re-compile courier with the --enable-webpass=no
option.

If the webmail passwords are based from the system passwords, how are
they different and how do they get set in the first place?

thanks, Gillian
