[courier-users] problem with a given client

I'm having a few problems with a new mail client (mail.app in OSX).   
For example, I can't create a new folder with it, and get the message 
"CREATE command failed."  I tried changing it's IMAP path prefix in 
preferences, but that broke other things like just being able to open a 
mail box.  So I've left that blank again.

I am able to  create folders using Sqwebmail or Eudora.  I can also 
manually create folders using maildirmake.

Where would the failure for creating be logged when using mail.app (on 
my courier-imap sever) so I can try to figure out what mail.app is 
doing.
