Is there a specific number of messages per connection Courier will attempt per host?
If there are 40 messages in the queue, is there a way to encourage or force Courier to open one connection then send 40 messages down that connection (or even a small number like 5-10). Any ideas appreciated. Also, any solution for something like this would be appreciated even if it reaches beyond courier's scope. I only need this for a limited number of servers, but I have a few that forward messages in bulk for various monitoring programs, and can't find specific information on what mailservers do and don't "pipeline" certain messages.
