I want to create a message from a webinterface which includes an additional X-Header telling submit/courierd when to move the message from the wait-queue into the message-queue.

If that's all you want, I have a web interface that lets you spool a message for later delivery using "at". It requires no modifications to Courier, and works with other mailers as well.

For some reasons (customers wish) I have to use a given mail client. I easily could add an additional header to his message, but I can not force him to use another web interface.

If you can easily modify the webmail program, then I suggest that you add a check for scheduled delivery and accomplish this with "at" rather than hacking Courier. You will find the task far simpler.
