Here's what I get:

a LIST "" "*"
* LIST (\Unmarked \HasNoChildren) "." "INBOX"
a OK LIST completed

Obviously there is some issue there because the "shared" stuff isn't
showing up.  Any ideas on how to solve this?  Also, as an aside, what
does "\HasNoChildren" mean?
