Outlook Express and Outlook both have a lot of bugs with their IMAP implementation, strongly consider using another IMAP Client like Mozilla Thunderbird http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird . 2. You didn't include any versions, Courier? OE? Postfix? 3. Did you do anything further to troubleshoot the problem?
