OK, thanks.  The 'X-' prefix is defined in RFC822 for use with user-defined
headers, but RFC2822 makes no mention of it.  Apparently 2822 is less strict
with regard to user-defined headers.

I'll make this change in submit.C, which is for an earlier version of
courier.  I appreciate your attention to this.
