Now the questions:
1] Can SQWebMail support European time zones? The drop dowm only shows US zones.
The timezones come from a file.
The current version's configure script reads all timezones from tzdata, and uses them as the default, so just prune what you don't need.
2] The webadmin pages have lots of rubbish at the top of them. For instance this is displayed at the top of the main menu page:

Could be a bug, but nobody's going to care about four year old code.
It looks like an incomplete comment to me. In the page source it coorus at the head of the <head> tag just after the <title> tag. Have I set things up wrong or is this a bug?
3] This sounds completely stupid but I can't work out how to add a new mail account to the system.
The same way you would've added a new account before.
