[courier-users] Have Courier send all mail through another SMTP

I want to have Courier send all its mail through my ISPs SMTP server.  I 
looked through /etc/courier/esmtpd, but I was unable to find any sort of 
option to let me do this.  Is there a way I can have Courier use another 
SMTP server for all outgoing traffic?
