Thank you. We will try to send 7bit encoded messages so courier doesn't 
encode.

Quite true for that one..

They compare the whole mail, not just the header (otherwise the mime 
boundaries would be no problem).

But a suggestion: is it really nessessary that courier re-encodes on every 
resend attempt?
