[courier-users] Courier with stunnel problems

I have been using stunnel to provide imaps on my server for over 7 months now. I'm using RHEL3 and didn't see a couriertls package, so I used this instead. Just recently, it quit working well. Anytime an attachment is downloaded (maybe any large message), the connection hangs. I've check the logs of stunnel on debug=7 and didn't see anything. The logs of imapd were very basic and showed nothing. A packet sniff showed the connection going normally then just pausing. From the logs, it appears that courier just quits sending data so the client just hangs. This problem is happening with all my users, so its not the client. Below is the packet sniff. Courier works perfect over normal imap--but through stunnel, it freezes on attachments. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated. Note, I have not changed/updated/upgraded/etc anything on the server within the last week when this started occuring. I keep changelogs and I have nothing in them--also I was on vacation anyway :)
