My ISP <http://www.freenet.de/> use exim for the SMTP and courier-pop3/ courier-imap-ssl and for rest. They are around 4-5 million E-Mail-Addresses. Works like a charm... I self use it on my FileServer for internal use and then on 6 VServers with each 10-4000 VHosts plus some times more E-Mail-Adresses.
