mailbot does not operate by magic. The message that mailbot reads does not materialize out of thin air. As the man page indicates, mailbot reads the message from standard input.
Therefore, if you want to obtain that message, simply substitute your own program for mailbot, and have your program read the message, instead of mailbot, and do whatever it wants with it. Then, your program can invoke mailbot and pipe the message to it.
Or is it that mailbot only reads the subject and not the entire message of the email comming from the user?
mailbot reads the entire message. But that's irrelevant.
