Then create mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] When new account is created, 
subscribe it 
to this list. Then send a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] as usual.
Read couriermlm man page.
Requires some work to get scripts doing everything necessary, but nothing 
overly complicated.
