That's not even remotely "impossible", although it could be mildly tiresome.
That's what scripts are for!

Frankly, the idea of a some kind of packaged "blanket" wildcard address
strikes me as truly awful, and an invitation for misuse.  The last thing I
want is for some dingbat to have a nice predefined spam-o-matic address,
even if the dingbat is the sysadmin!
