Hi again,

Now this is getting really annoying - I'm back to having the following
error for all mailboxes:

Dec 15 14:48:24 mail courierlocal:
id=000000000001B2ED.0000000043A17427.00002698,from=<[EMAIL
PROTECTED]>,addr=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
/usr/bin/maildrop: Invalid home directory permissions - world writable.

The problem is that the permissions for that directory is:
drwxr-xr-x   3 mail mail 104 Dec 14 15:27 ./
drwxr-xr-x   5 mail mail 120 Nov 24 12:21 ../
drwx------  18 mail mail 584 Dec 15 11:41 .maildir/
-rw-------   1 mail mail   0 Dec 14 15:33 .mailfilter

and maildrop is executed as mail:mail - of that I am certain.
I have also disabled all backscattering by unsetting
ESMTP_BLOCKBACKSCATTER and setting 'opt BOFHSUPPRESSBACKSCATTER=none' in
the bohf config file.
I've also done a courier clear to be on the safe side.

Anyone have any ideas on why it behaves like this?

// Fredrik
