Ok, I slipped this in. If I understand this right, this is read in on
shell execution so there's nothing more I need to do here.
You might need to shut down courier and make sure that gam_server is not
running, and then restart courier.
2) Turn off enhanced idle, so you no longer use FAM.
Uh oh...
IMAP_ENHANCEDIDLE=0
It's already there... :-(
Well, then, see if gam_server is running. :)
If it is, you might want to look at the files open, so that you have
some sort of data against which to compare later (although it's more or
less arbitrary right now).
