I am trying to update my main mailserver, but I am having problems
building the rpms.
$ rpmbuild -tb courier-authlib-0.58.tar.bz2
error: Failed build dependencies:
mysql-devel is needed by courier-authlib-0.58-1.2
postgresql-devel is needed by courier-authlib-0.58-1.2
I am not intending on using either mysql or postgres on this system and
I would prefer not to have to install them.
I attempted to install the rpms, but mysql gave me dependency problems
and the postgres install produced a seg fault.
Can I modify the courier-authlib.spec file so that it does not require
or build these modules? (All I really need is the userdb module)
