Not in the ancient version of sqwebmail you're using.
The current version of sqwebmail can configure the limits at runtime.
Thanks Sam, is there any dependency reason why the current version of
sqwebmail wouldn't work with the existing Debian Sarge courier packages
if I was to compile just sqwebmail?
